Orders & Pricing

Prices are provided privately after your order request is submitted. Submitting an order request does not require immediate payment.

Payment

Accepted payment methods are Cash, Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo. Payment instructions and your order total will be provided after your order is reviewed.

Frozen Product & Pickup/Delivery

Raw pet food is sold frozen. Customers are responsible for properly storing products after receiving them. Pickup or delivery arrangements will be confirmed after your order is reviewed.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of frozen raw food, all sales are final once the product has been picked up or delivered. Please contact us promptly if there is a problem with your order.
